HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
USA:
- Parcel, economy shipping is free on all orders $75+
- We charge a flat rate of $25 for orders $0-$74.99
CANADA
- $49 on orders $0-$74.99
- $79 on orders $75 - $149
- $119 on orders $150-$299
- $149 on orders $299+
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
This varies by brand. When an item shows an available quantity in stock, your order will ship in 1-3 days. Shipping time is 3-7 days. When an item does NOT show an available quantity, the estimated lead time will be displayed on the product page.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Of course. For nearly all of our orders, we use and ship through UPS. We always try our very best to provide a tracking number as soon as your order is processed and sent for shipping.
CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
We offer a 30-Day In-Home Trial. If you're not happy for whatever reason - within 30 days of receiving your order, simply send it back to us for a full refund. No questions asked. You are responsible for the return shipping fees. Please email us at orders@peninsulard.com for more information.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR TO HAWAII OR ALASKA?
Yes. We ship everywhere. However, if you're placing an order from outside of the lower 48 US, Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please email orders@cabinrugs.com and provide your shipping address before you place your order. One of our team members would be happy to give you a quote. We're incredibly flexible, and we'd love to earn your business.
